Nokta LLC was founded in Houston by an owner-operator who has run short-term rentals, room-by-room houses, and long-term leases firsthand. The lesson from years of doing it by hand was simple: most of the work is repetitive, most of the mistakes come from inconsistency, and owners rarely get a clear picture of what's happening with their money.

So we built our operation around software from the beginning — dynamic pricing, instant guest communication, automated scheduling, and transparent reporting — and kept a small local team focused on the parts that need a human: walkthroughs, vendors, judgment calls, and owner relationships.

The result is a management company that scales without getting worse at the job.
